You would be forgiven if you thought this was an 80% Cocoa chocolate bar. This bar has a very prononunced chocolate flavor with tones of bitterness reminiscent of a strong cofffee - which makes it seem like the sugar ratio is lower than it actually is. There is only a slight astringency and few fruit notes.
